It was just one of those days and Casey was well aware of it. Her classes had been, well, lets just say less then amazing and she was having the hardest time staying interested in some of them. Or staying low profile in some of them either (namely History of Magic where Binns had been keeping those non-corporeal eyes glued to her after her storming out of class not too many days before). She rolled her eyes as she headed to one of the bathrooms to just splash her face with water and get her head on straight.

Walking into the first one that she found, Casey shrugged and tucked some hair behind her ears. She was calm, she was cool, and she wasn't collected in the least. The typical definition of Ravenclaw, as a nerd, as someone who loved to cloister herself away from the rest of the world to read, did not apply most days to the tempestuous and slightly rash Kiwi. True, she did enjoy a good book, and true, she did do well in classes---but there wasn't anything that she saw in common between herself and the common perceptions of her house.

Without any type of bounce in her step, she walked over to one of the sinks and turned on the water, watching it flow into the sink for a moment before she splashed her face with the icy water. It was refreshing to be sure and it cleared her thoughts a little bit. She was just in a funk, officially sick of being in Hogwarts, but there were only a few months left before she wasn't.
